How does Rabtine work?
I'm Rab, your AI-powered personal trainer. I analyze your profile — your goal, experience level, how many days a week you can train, and session duration — and design a fully personalized weekly routine for you. It's not a generic template: every exercise is chosen for your specific situation. To get started, complete your profile and tap "Generate routine".
Do I need prior experience to use Rabtine?
Not at all. My system adapts to any level, from complete beginner to advanced athlete. When you fill in your profile, tell me your real level and I'll take care of choosing appropriate exercises, sets, and reps that challenge you without risking injury. If you're a beginner, we start slow and build from there.
How do I fill in my profile correctly?
I need you to be honest with me: an accurate profile lets me design a routine that actually works. The most important things are your current level (not the one you aspire to), your available days, and the session duration you can realistically commit to. If you put "advanced" when you're a beginner, the routine won't serve you well. You can also mention injuries or sports you practice so I can factor them in. You can edit your profile at any time from the Profile screen.
When does my first routine appear?
I generate your first routine for free as soon as you complete your profile. Just tap the "Generate your first free routine" button on the routines screen. The process takes 10 to 30 seconds while I analyze your profile and select the exercises. Once generated, you'll see it organized by day and ready to use.
Can I change my goal after signing up?
Yes, you can update your goal at any time from Profile → Edit goal. However, the change only affects new routines I generate from that point onward; your active routine is not automatically modified. If you want your routine to reflect the new goal, generate a new one when your Pro plan allows it.
Routines & AI
How does Rab generate my routines?
My process is rigorous. First I read your complete profile: goal, level, available days, session duration, injuries, and complementary sports. Then I filter a catalog of over 180 real exercises to keep only those that match your level and circumstances. Finally I build a balanced weekly plan, distributing muscle groups so you have adequate rest between sessions. Nothing is made up: all exercises exist in my verified catalog.
Can I regenerate my routine if I don't like it?
I generate your first routine for free. Additional regenerations are part of Rabtine Pro. With Pro you can generate a new routine once a month, depending on your plan. When you generate a new routine, the previous one is automatically completed and saved to your history. I recommend trying the routine for at least one week before deciding to change it: your body needs time to adapt.
Why does my routine have those specific exercises?
Every exercise I choose has a reason. I select movements that are appropriate for your experience level and that together work all muscle groups in a balanced way according to your goal. If you're a beginner, I avoid technically complex movements. If you have an injury, I adapt the selection so you can train safely. Everything is designed with you in mind.
How long does a routine last?
By default, I design 4-week routines. It's the most effective cycle for your body to adapt, improve, and be ready for the next level. You can adjust the duration in your profile before generating a new routine. At the end of the cycle, with Rabtine Pro you can generate an updated routine that takes your progress into account.
Can I replace exercises I don't like?
In this version, the routine is generated as a whole and does not allow modifying individual exercises. If an exercise doesn't suit you, the best thing is to update your profile — for example, indicating your injuries or adjusting your level — and generate a new routine when your Pro plan allows it. In future versions I'll add the ability to replace exercises directly.
Subscriptions & Billing
What does the free plan include?
With the free plan I generate your first personalized routine at no cost. You can view it, log your workouts, and track your progress for the entire duration of that routine. It's my way of letting you see firsthand how I work before taking the step to Pro.
What does Rabtine Pro include?
With Rabtine Pro you unlock everything I have to offer. You can generate new personalized routines every month, so your training evolves with you. You will also get priority access to new features as I release them. It is the difference between a static workout and one that grows with you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), in the subscriptions section of your account. I don't manage subscriptions directly: they're processed through Apple and Google's platforms. If you cancel, you'll keep Pro access until the end of the billing period. Refunds for unused time are not issued, per Apple and Google's policies.
Can I recover my subscription if I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel and then want to come back, simply subscribe again from the app. Your routine history and training data are always preserved, regardless of your subscription status. You don't lose anything by canceling and returning later.
Am I automatically charged every month?
Yes, monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period through the App Store or Google Play. You'll receive a renewal notice from Apple or Google before the charge. If you don't want it to renew, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can see the exact renewal date in the subscriptions settings of your account.

How do I change my password?
Go to Profile → and use the change password option. I'll send an email to your registered address with a secure link to set a new password. If you don't find the email, check your spam folder. The link expires in 1 hour, so use it promptly.
Can I change my username?
Yes, you can change your username from Profile → Personal Data → Username. Enter the new name and save the changes.
How do I delete my account?
I understand that circumstances change. To permanently delete your account and all your data, go to Profile → Delete Account. Please note that deletion is irreversible: all your routines, workout logs, and profile data will be permanently erased.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your information is stored in a secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your data is protected by database-level security policies: no other user can see your information. I don't sell or share your data with third parties. Your profile and routines are yours alone.
Can I use Rabtine on multiple devices?
Yes. Your session and all your data are in the cloud, so you can access Rabtine from any iOS or Android device with the same account. Your routines and workout logs will be automatically synced.
Technical Support
The app isn't loading my routine. What do I do?
First check your internet connection: Rabtine needs to connect to the cloud to load your routine. If the connection is good, close the app completely and reopen it. If the problem persists, wait a few minutes and try again; it may be a temporary service interruption. If it still doesn't work after 10 minutes, contact me from the support section and I'll help you resolve the issue.
The workout wasn't saved. What happened?
Saving a workout requires an internet connection at the moment you end the session. If you lost connection during the workout, the log may not have been saved. I recommend checking your workout history to verify. If the workout doesn't appear and you have a stable connection, contact support indicating the approximate date and time of the workout.
I'm not receiving the verification email.
First check your spam or junk mail folder: automated emails sometimes end up there. Also make sure the address you used when signing up is spelled correctly. If everything looks right and the email hasn't arrived in 5 minutes, you can request a resend from the verification screen. If the problem persists, contact support and I'll help you verify your account manually.
The app is slow or freezing.
Close the app completely and reopen it: this frees up memory and usually solves the problem. If you're using a device with limited RAM or a very old version of iOS/Android, the app may run slower. Make sure you have the latest version of Rabtine installed, as I include performance improvements in every update. If the problem is frequent, tell me through support with your device model.
What devices is Rabtine compatible with?
Rabtine works on iPhone with iOS 16 or later and on Android with version 10 or later. For the best experience, I recommend having the most recent version of the operating system installed. If your device meets these requirements and you're having compatibility issues, contact support with the exact model and operating system version.
